Estrella is the founder of Estrella Grace, a boutique overnight newborn care service created to give families something invaluable during the newborn stage: rest, consistency, and peace of mind.

With extensive experience caring for babies and children, Estrella combines nurturing newborn care with a highly organized and professional approach. She holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, bringing a unique combination of caregiving experience, healthcare-focused education, leadership, organization, and communication to every family Estrella Grace serves.

Estrella personally coordinates each family's care plan and weekly schedule, maintains close communication with parents, and oversees detailed morning reports so families can clearly understand how their baby did throughout the night.

Her newborn care approach focuses on gentle routines, safe sleep practices, feeding and burping support, careful observation, and helping babies become comfortable sleeping in their bassinet or crib. She is **CPR certified**, bilingual in English and Spanish, and experienced with Moms on Call-style newborn routines.
